Shop Work Orders - Aircraft Maintenance

Steps

Setup

1. W/O Type Creation

 EBIS 5 Path: Config ⚙ > Admin > Lists > Work Order > W/O Type

• Create a W/O Type called SHOP with an abbreviation of your choosing

2. Aircraft & Customer Records

EBIS 5 Path: Aircraft Module > (+)
EBIS 5 Path: Customers Module > (+)

• Open the Aircraft Module and create an Aircraft with a tail number labeled SHOP
  • (Optional) Within the Overrides Section of the Aircraft record you create,  update P/O Stock Room to the default city selection of your choice to ensure SHOP W/O Part Requests get routed to Stock by default.
• Open the Customers Module and create a Customer named SHOP

3. Shop WO Creation

 EBIS 5 Path: Work Order Module > Aircraft > Create 

• Enter the SHOP tail number
• Under Create W/O > W/O Type , select SHOP from the drop down list
