Scheduling an Automatic Report Job in EBIS 5 Pro (Detailed)

This video and guide will walk you through setting up an Automatic Report job, such that the reports will be sent to the recipients of choice per the scheduled job.

 

1. Click on "Gear" icon on the top right hand corner to access "Config"

 

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the side bar on the left

 

3. Click on "Automatic Reports"

 

4. To add a new job click on the "+" button

 

5. Select the report of choice from the drop down menu

 

6. Enter the emails for the desired recipients

 

7. Click on "Add and Goto"

 

8. Change the "Email Subject," if desired

 

9. Choose "Export File Type" from drop down

 

10. Choose desired "Run Time" and "Time Zone" for when the job should run

 

11. Toggle the "Every Day" switch on, only if the report should run daily

 

12. If you want to run the report weekly, then select Day of the Week from drop down menu (the daily and monthly options will no longer apply).

 

13. If you want the job to execute monthly, then type specific day of the month (the daily and weekly options will no longer apply).

 

14. Certain reports require at least one filter, in which case the system will not allow you to save the job till this condition is met.

 

15. Choose a filter of choice from the drop down menu

 

16. Remember to select an option or enter the name/number of choice associated with the chose filter.

 

17. Repeat the same steps to add another filter

 

18. To remove a filter, simply select the red "x" on the right of the filter

 

19. When ready, click "Save"

 

20. Click on the back arrow "<-" to return to the Automatic Reports page with the rest of the scheduled jobs.
