Remove Shipping Charges from Work Order

The shipping charge is added to a W/O based on the shipping amount entered when the P/O is received. Shipping charges can be found under the Parts Shipping In field via Purchase Orders > (search for/pull up the desired P/O) > Config & Info (Additional Fees Section of Main Info):

Once the part is received in, the shipping value that was specified from the P/O is copied to the W/O:

You can double click on the row itself (such as on the description or anywhere that is not hyperlinked/underlined) and then edit the shipping fee, as needed, and save changes.
