Work Order Module Overview for Technicians

Modules Overview

• The left-hand side displays all available modules with corresponding icons.

• Hovering over icons shows tooltips with module names.

• Commonly used modules for technicians include Work Orders, Aircraft, and Part Status.

Work Orders Module

• Quick search option available in the header to search by work order number, tail number, or customer name for fast access to records.

• Double-clicking on a search result opens the corresponding work order.

Finding Work Orders

• Search by various fields like work order number, tail number, aircraft serial number, customer, discrepancy, or corrective action.

• Filter work orders by status (e.g., open, closed) by using the filter dropdowns.

• Search for all work orders, quotes, and repair orders in the system.

Part Status Screen

• Accessible from the bottom, it provides an overview of parts status.

• Clicking on the module icon takes you to the part status screen.

Reports

• Reports option available for generating lists of work orders based on specific criteria.
