Getting Started

EHM Due Lists

If any of the aircraft that you maintain (Fixed Wing or Rotary) are enrolled in an EHM (Engine Health Monitoring) Service Provider's Program like CAMP Systems or Veyron Tracking (Formerly Flightdocs) then you are likely familiar with Due Lists for routine / scheduled maintenance that are required for those aircraft being provided to your shop to complete. If you have access to EHM provider accounts as a facility who is performing the maintenance on those aircraft and/or can have the owners provide you access or provide an export of the due list in an Excel export format, then you can take those due lists and essentially drag and drop them directly within a Work Order within EBIS 5 with the "Import Task Lists" option on Work Orders.

COMING SOON: Traxxall Due List Imports, for now please refer to the next   section Work Order / Item List Imports (3rd Party / Other / Generic)

Work Order / Item List Imports (3rd Party / Other / Generic)

If you receive Work Request Packages / Work Orders you would like to import into an EBIS Work Order (Not Historical Records) & those documents can either be provided / exported or transcribed into an Excel spreadsheet then you can drag and drop those Work Packages directly into EBIS 5 with the "Import Task Lists" option on Work Orders. (see template here)

Prerequisites

• For EHM Due Lists (CAMP / Veyron) you need the task list provided in an Excel Export Format (.xls, xlsx.). For other 3rd Party Task Lists (Generic) Please see here for the Import Task List Template as it will provide the format / field requirements for the generic file for import

Tech Level access only is Required to perform Task List Imports

• The User Profile assigned to the User must have the Work Order Permission Item: Import Third-Party Task Lists Enabled to follow along and complete the following actions in this guide.

Work Order / Item List Imports (3rd Party / Other / Generic) - SKIP to Step 2

Steps

1. The First step will always be to either request for the due list to be provided in an Excel export OR with the proper access rights create and export the due list into Excel yourself (EBIS does not provide nor have documentation on this process as we are not affiliated with CAMP Systems or Veyron in any way)

2. Open a Quote or Work Order > select the (+) icon > select Import Task List

3. Drag & Drop the Import Task List File into the Import Field or Browse to the saved file path of your Due List within the File Explorer.

**Optional / If Needed** Download the Import Task List Template from the export icon located in the top right-hand side of the window**

4. Once the task list populates either select individual items with the radio check boxes along the left-hand side from the list to keep or choose the radio checkbox at the top to select all.

5. After you have made your selection, scroll down to the bottom and select Import Items

6. You will prompted with a confirmation message, select yes.

Mission Success! EBIS by default will confirm how many Items were imported and ask whether or not you would like to go to the first new item on that list!

Pro Tip:

Once Task Lists are imported we recommend you add additional details like required Parts, Notes and Corrective Actions. Then Create a Labor Kit from the new robust item you built out for future application and increase your efficiency with quicker turnaround times!
