I am clicking an option, such as a list, and it does not seem to open.
It may be that this window is off the screen - please see the attached example as you may need to scroll to it and move it back over.
You can also reset the Window positions. First close all open windows (if any) in your EBis session. Then go in Admin Menu > Data Admin Functions > Clear Window Settings, then select your username. Make sure to close & restart EBis afterwards.
