1. Prerequisites

Download and extract EBIS supplied template mapping files from EBIS 5 QuickBooks export.
- See the resources section at the bottom of this article for a link to download template mapping files

Ensure files are placed in the Transaction Pro Importer 8.4 directory (usually found in Documents).
3. Opening Transaction Pro

Open Transaction Pro with the QuickBooks instance and company file already opened.

If you haven't done so already be sure to set configurations in Transaction Pro to interact with EBIS exports.

4. Selecting the Import File

Navigate to the "Select Your File Source" prompt.

Click "Browse" to find the downloaded/exported EBIS file.

Identify the desired import type from the dropdown menu (e.g., select "Customer List").
5. Previewing the Data

Review the basic preview of the data to confirm the correct import file is selected.

Click "Next" to proceed.
6. Mapping the Data

Assign fields from the EBIS export to relevant fields in QuickBooks.

9. Completing the Import
