Prerequisites - Download and extract EBIS supplied template mapping files from EBIS 5 QuickBooks export. - See the [resources section at the bottom of this article](https://support.ebiscloud.com/4-import-transaction-pro#Resources) for a link to download template mapping files - Ensure files are placed in the Transaction Pro Importer 8.4 directory (usually found in Documents). #### 3. Opening Transaction Pro - Open Transaction Pro with the QuickBooks instance and company file already opened. - If you haven't done so already be sure to set configurations in Transaction Pro to interact with EBIS exports. - Reference: [EBIS 5 Configurations for Transaction Pro Importer Knowledge Base article](https://support.ebiscloud.com/ebis-5-configurations-for-transaction-pro-importer?hsLang=en) for configuration steps. #### 4. Selecting the Import File - Navigate to the "Select Your File Source" prompt. - Click "Browse" to find the downloaded/exported EBIS file. - Identify the desired import type from the dropdown menu (e.g., select "Customer List"). #### 5. Previewing the Data - Review the basic preview of the data to confirm the correct import file is selected. - Click "Next" to proceed. #### 6. Mapping the Data - Assign fields from the EBIS export to relevant fields in QuickBooks. - Options: - Manual mapping field by field. - Load pre-saved template mapping files [provided below](https://support.ebiscloud.com/4-import-transaction-pro#Resources). #### 7. Reviewing Data Mapping - Review the data mapping to ensure accuracy. - Click "Next" to proceed. #### 8.
