⚠️NOTE - EBIS 5 Contains two layers of timeclock that users can punch in/out of:

Work Order Service Timers: Contained within work orders, punched in and out on a squawk-by-squawk basis to determine service hours.

Shift Time Clock: Used for logging in and out of shift time, accessed through the Time Clock module.
This guide pertains to the Shift Time Clock.

Key Steps

Accessing Time Clock Module:

Log into EBIS 5 using your credentials.

Click on the "Time Clock" module located second from the bottom on the left-hand side of the screen.

Navigating Time Clock Module:

Within the Time Clock module, confirm the city time clock you need to log into from the drop-down box.

Choose from different views such as log in & out, active time clock, summary, detail, breakdown, and reports.

Logging In and Out:

To manually log in, click on the "Log In" button from the Log In & Out vie of the timeclock module.

To log out, click on the "Log Out" button.

Setting Automatic Log-In (Optional):

Access your account options by clicking on your name and selecting "My Account Options."

Enable the option to automatically log into the time clock when logging into EBIS to save time. (located in the Defaults section)

Logging Out of the System:
-
Click on your name and select the "Logout" option to log out of the system and the time clock.
- Select the log out of timeclock (and/or Service Timer) option by clicking the box.
- Click the Log Out button

Cautionary Notes

Ensure you select the correct city time clock to log into.

Review your time clock records regularly to identify any errors and report them to the admin team for correction.
